Twelve men were standing around Athreas, the Tree of Life, planted on Althea, the most beautiful planet in the universe. The said tree has golden leaves, its body dark brown, and its wholeness is glowing gold. It also has silver fruits, which bear powers, and incredible abilities.
"W-who are we? Who am I?" asked by one of the men. He was named Shonin, the oracle of water. He knows and feels that the tree has life, that it can see everything, and knows everything.
He got no response.
A minute of silence.
Shonin was about to speak up again when suddenly, they were covered with different colors of light for each. His was blue. They saw that the lights came from the tree. As the lights flows within their body, gifts of wisdom are also flooded in them.
"You are Ethrios, the twelve oracles who will soon protect me," said a voice. It was so divine they were astonished upon hearing it. "You have to be strong in mind, not in power, for mind is more powerful that anything. I will send you to different depths of the universe, for you to know what you have, and what you can do. Be strong in mind, I remind you. Have control over your power, and don't let it be dominant in you."
When the voice faded, the lights in their bodies still remained. They all can feel the surge of power, of an energy that seems familiar to them, and then all of a sudden, they vanished in front of Athreas, the tree of life. Just like that, and they were now scattered in the vast universe.
