História Fake - Empty and fake

It was a day of your life ,

similar to the other,

you smiled a fake smile

you giggled like a school girl, fake

you threw your head back and laughed

covering your mouth with your hands

to a silly joke someone had then made.

And after having fake fun with your fake friends,

you looked into the mirror ,

staring straight at the girl in front of you

And asked her,

Why ?

why the smile that never reached your eyes?

why the giggle without ant meaning ?

why the laugh, that sounds like stuck engine ？

And the girl in the mirror shouted-

" BECAUSE I WANTED TO BE LIKE THEM"

and then you cried to your sleep, thinking that you were,

both, happy and sad,

Outgoing and shy,

rambunctious and quite,

loved and hate,

but most of all,

You were just ' EMPTY and FAKE '
