Italy waked up in his regular bedroom. He didn't knowed what time was,and didn't wanted to know. He felt dizzy

-Um~Strange,Germany didn't waked me up...

Then the italian rolled to the other side of the bed and saw Germany sleeping next to him,breathing normally

-...He must be tired...Hey Germany time to get up~
-What~?....

Germany opened his eyes,and looked at the italian

-...What are you doing in my bed?
-That's what I was going to ask you Germany...But anyway we were going to Japan's house today remember?
-Oh...Right...

Both got out of the bed and putted his clothes on. The trip was really tiring for Italy,and fell asleep in Germany's shoulder

-!!Feliciano? *The german was blushing*

-... (Alright...I will let him rest for now...He looks cute like this...Looks like....A girl?)

They finally arrived to Japan,and he welcomed them with an big open smile

-Hey there
-Japan! *the italian hugs him* I'm so happy to meet your country again!
-Really?I'm glad you like it. Let's go to my house so you can leave there your suitcases.
-Ah,grazie Japan!

They finally went to Japan's house,and Germany and Japan looked like they were enjoying it,but Feliciano looked nervous

-What's wrong Feliciano? *Asked the german*
-I-It's my medicine...I can't find it
-What?!A-Alright...Don't freak out or things will get worse...Let's see...Where did you left it?
-I-in my bag but...

The german went running to the bag of the italian and looked everywhere but he couldn't find it
-Damnit!I'm sorry Feli

Before he could say anything more the italian hitted him in the head pretty bad
His eyes were purple now and his hair more darker.

-Don't worry Germany I feel a lot better now~
