After traveling the cosmic universe in search of self discovery, Shockwave and Atalan return to Kedesi after one year away.

Upon their arrival, they discover that nothing has changed since their departure after defending Aurora against MoonStar last year. Aurora, as Shockwave and Atalan come to find out, has been safe thanks to the Defenders.

But just as they think all evil has been vanquished, a new threat arrives and specifically targets Shockwave.

After fighting off their evil dopplegängers in 'The Mash Up 2', they're back again to once again fight off evil. And maybe, just maybe, this'll be the final threat against humanity!
