He drew his sword, impatient, and thrusted it skillfully forward until 'twas no more than three fourths of a centimeter away from Erin's neck. She dared not move--not even breathe; any mistake can cause the princess her throat. "Where is the realmstone?" he asked in an unnaturally low voice.

To Erin, Princess of Aurora, and the Internal Realm, the 'realmstone' was a familiar object. 'Twas created by great wizards many years ago, who divided the world into two realms: the Internal and the External, thus allowing a person to travel between the worlds. After disappearing for countless years, thieves some how recovered it. And when Erin finally got a hold of it out of curiosity, she became the only person of her time who knew how to use it. She journeyed to the External Realm, our world, with a short-lived quest to search for a lost wizard. But before long, she discovered romance, betrayal, and complicated turns in her path...
